§ Group 01

New-build homes

Custom single-family homes from clean dirt to finished interior. We coordinate the architect, structural engineer, mechanical design, and trades into a single build managed by us.

Excavation & foundations

Site prep, excavation, footings, foundation walls, waterproofing, drainage, and backfill. Engineered to spec.

01.02

Framing & envelope

Wood or steel framing, sheathing, roofing, windows, exterior cladding. Air-sealed and insulated to current code or better.

01.03

Mechanical rough-in

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gas. Coordinated to the architectural drawings so finishes land where they should.

01.04

Finishes & closeout

Drywall, paint, flooring, millwork, tile, fixtures, appliances. Punch-listed and handed over with documentation.

§ Group 02

Whole-home renovations

Top-to-bottom renovations of existing homes, typically with the family relocated. Sequenced and scheduled as one project under one accountable lead.

Gut renovations

Studs-out renovation of every room. Re-plan layouts, replace mechanicals, refinish from the inside out.

Layout reconfiguration

Wall removal, structural openings, room re-organization. Engineered drawings where required.

02.03

Mechanical replacement

Furnace, HVAC, plumbing rough-in, electrical panel upgrades scheduled into the renovation.

02.04

Project management

Single-point coordination of trades, deliveries, inspections, change orders, and finishes selection.

§ Group 03

Kitchens & baths

The two rooms that anchor every renovation. Run by the trades who specialize in them and finished to a standard you'll feel under your hand.

03.01

Full kitchen renovation

Cabinetry, counters, tile, plumbing, electrical, paint, appliances. Layout re-plan with structural opening of walls if required.

03.02

Custom cabinetry & islands

Stock, semi-custom, or fully custom millwork. Soft-close, integrated appliances, custom finishes.

03.03

Full bath renovation

Demolition, waterproofing, tile, plumbing, fixtures, vanity, glass, electrical. Schluter or equivalent waterproofing standard.

03.04

Custom showers & heated floors

Curbless walk-ins, niches, benches, linear drains. Electric in-floor heat under tile or stone.

§ Group 04

Additions & extensions

Adding square footage to an existing home or building. Properly engineered, permit-managed, and integrated so it doesn't read as an add-on.

Second-storey additions

Adding a floor over an existing bungalow or 1.5-storey home, with engineered foundation and structural review.

04.02

Rear & side additions

Extending the back or side of the home for a larger kitchen, family room, primary suite, or in-law unit.

04.03

Garage conversions

Converting an existing detached garage into a laneway suite, home office, gym, or studio. Permits managed.

04.04

Dormers & loft conversions

Adding usable space inside an existing attic or half-storey, with dormers for headroom and natural light.

Commercial fit-outs

Retail, office, hospitality, and light-industrial build-outs. Schedule-driven work designed to open on the date you promised your stakeholders.

Retail build-outs

From shell-and-core to fully merchandised store. Branding-aware finishes, customer-flow design, and code-compliant accessibility.

Office fit-outs

Open-plan and partitioned office construction, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, AV integration coordination.

05.03

Restaurant & hospitality

Kitchen builds, dining rooms, bar construction, ventilation, grease traps, code-compliant gas, health-department-ready.

05.04

Tenant improvements

Existing-space upgrades for new tenants. Demising walls, finish updates, mechanical re-routing, change-of-use permits.

§ Group 06

Restoration & heritage

Older Toronto buildings often have character worth protecting and structural issues worth fixing. We do both. Heritage rules navigated, traditional details respected.

Structural restoration

Foundation underpinning, sistering joists, repairing balloon framing, re-supporting failed structure.

06.02

Heritage-approved renovations

Work in designated heritage districts or on heritage-listed properties. Documentation, approvals, sympathetic materials.

06.03

Knob-and-tube & plaster updates

Replacing legacy electrical, opening and repairing lath-and-plaster, retaining original trim and detail where possible.

06.04

Insurance & remediation

Water-damage, fire-damage, and other insurance-claim restoration work. We can quote and coordinate with adjusters.

§ Group 07

Design-build & specialty

If you need design as well as build, we coordinate the architects and designers and run it all under one contract. One team, one accountability line.

Design-build packages

Concept, drawings, permits, and construction under a single agreement. Architects and designers in our network or yours.

07.02

Custom millwork

Built-ins, wardrobes, libraries, kitchen islands, mudroom storage. Designed for the space, made in our preferred shops.

07.03

Outdoor builds

Decks, pergolas, screen rooms, outdoor kitchens. Permit-managed where required, built to last Toronto winters.

07.04

Windows & doors

Replacement windows, custom-sized openings, exterior doors, patio sliders. Energy-rated options.
