Tell us about the build.
The more you can share up front, the more useful the first conversation will be. We typically respond within one business day.
Before you ask.
Seven of the questions we get most often. Anything else, just ask.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
A first site visit and conversation is complimentary. Detailed estimates and any design work, if you engage us for design, are paid steps and we'll be clear about that up front.
How long does a typical build take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom is 4–6 weeks. A kitchen 6–10. A basement 10–14. A whole-home renovation 4–9 months. A new-build home runs 9–14 months. We'll give you a project-specific timeline in writing.
Do I need to leave the house during a renovation?
For a single-room project, usually no. For a whole-home renovation, almost always yes. For larger basement and major-kitchen projects, it depends on what disruption you can live with. We'll talk it through honestly.
Do you provide drawings, or do I need an architect?
For most renovations we can produce the drawings needed for permits and construction. For structural changes, additions, new-build, and commercial work, we'll bring in or coordinate with an architect or designer.
Do you handle the permit process?
Yes. We prepare the application, manage the submission, and coordinate the inspections. The City and surrounding municipalities are familiar ground for us.
What's your warranty?
We provide a written workmanship warranty on every project we complete. Specific terms are included with your contract.
Do you do commercial work too?
Yes. We run dedicated commercial fit-outs alongside residential builds — retail, office, hospitality, and tenant improvements.
