Started by people who'd had enough of bad jobsites.

We've worked for the kind of contractors who run ten jobs at once, undercommunicate, overpromise, and treat client relationships as transactions. Twirleo exists because we wanted to do the opposite of all of that, and prove it scales.

Daily tidy-up. Dust containment when occupied. Materials staged, not stacked. The site you walk through is the site we'd be comfortable showing.

Written warranty on every project. If we built it and it's broken, we come back. The number of times we've had to is small, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Schedules built honestly, in software, updated against actual progress every Friday. You always know where the project really is.

Design-aware, not design-arrogant

We can lead design when needed, or build to your architect's drawings without ego. We flag constructability issues early and offer alternatives, not vetoes.

Permit-savvy

We've worked with City of Toronto and surrounding municipalities through the full spectrum: minor variances, heritage districts, infill new-build, change of use. We know how to move through it.

Financially transparent

You see the schedule of values. Invoices are tied to progress. Change orders documented before work begins. Allowances itemized.

Safety on the level it deserves

WSIB-compliant, fully insured, certified trades, current hazard awareness on-site. The boring stuff. We do it.

Full liability coverage. WSIB compliance for every worker. Certificates of insurance provided before work starts.

Building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits handled in-house. Inspection scheduling coordinated against the build schedule.

Master electricians, licensed plumbers, certified gas fitters. Documentation provided at handover.

Site safety culture

Daily site protocols. PPE. Containment for occupied spaces. Hazard awareness. Working safely is the floor, not the ceiling.
